Why haven’t I received a confirmation email from De Indian Mart?

Why hasn’t my refund been credited to my account yet?
– Please note that it can take 7 to 14 working days for the amount to be transferred to your account.
Are transactions on our website secure?
– Yes! Security is of utmost importance to us, as all transactions do matter to us same as that to all our customers. We use a third party payment gateway ‘STRIPE’ for all our transactions.
What if an item is damaged, a wrong item was delivered, or something is missing?
– Since we take out the time to carefully prepare each order there are very rare chance of something like this happens, but in any case if this is the situation please feel free to get in touch with us so that we can help solve the issue.
What should I do if I find any issues in the packed product that I have received from De Indian Mart?
– Please take clear pictures of the product covering all sides of the product and the Lot/Batch number along with the expiry date given on the item (Usually on the back of pack), and share with us along with your order number by email. This will help us assess the situation and bring out the best possible solution
Can I edit my account information?
– You can manage your payment method, delivery address, email settings and password all by yourself on your account dashboard.
How do I get free shipping on my order?
– You only have to reach the minimum order quantity of 39 euros to get free shipping within Netherlands. If the order amount is less than 39 euros, we charge 5.99 euros for shipping.
How will my order be shipped?
– We work along with PostNL to ship all of our packages. Due to the size and weight of some orders, the items can be packed in two boxes in some cases.
When will my order be shipped?
– We strive to dispatch all orders within one working day. We will send an email when your order is processed and another email when the package is shipped.
Can I cancel my order or edit my delivery address?
Please contact us through call/ whatsapp or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org We can make cancellations and changes as long as the order has not yet been dispatched.

- How do you compensate when a product is damaged?
When the external box is intact and an inside item is spoiled or damaged, then we will return the cost of the product or replace the product with a new one (depending on the situation)

- How do I return an article?
The cost of shipment for a returned article will be borne by the customer. You can send us the article and we will return the money for the product after we receive your package. Please inform us before sending anything back.
- How do I go about returning or exchanging a product?
You have to inform De Indian Mart within 24hrs of receiving delivery and then return the article within the next 21week. The customer bears the cost of shipment in case of returned articles. In case of exchange of damaged products, we replace the articles without any additional shipment charges.
